Welcome Back! Advance Dental Export, a pioneer in dental prosthetics & CAD/CAM-powered state-of-the-art dental laboratory, is pleased to welcome you again.

Introduction to Signature® Restoration

In this write-up, we will elaborate on porcelain-fused-to-metal (PFMs) Signature plus a dental restoration. And before taking much of your precious time, we would like to come directly to the point. Let’s understand what is Signature® restoration in dental implant prosthetics.

In the 8 years of our streamlined expertise, we have been strongly committed to brilliant esthetics with promising durability because we understand how important it is to the majority to maintain a healthy and beautiful smile. As a result of our continuous R&D in the Digital dentistry domain, we came up with PFM crown restorative dentistry.

Why PFMs Are Still the Gold Standard?

Instead of all-ceramic restorations, many materials are being introduced in implant dentistry, but implants made with porcelain fused to metal (PFMs) are always considered the gold standard. The success of PFM is phenomenal since its inception because of its durability and natural look.

ADE went a little further and presented the world with the more advanced & reliable Signature® restoration in PFMs dental prosthetics. Designed to deliver high performance and a high satisfaction rate in all dental esthetic restorative services.

Advanced Materials Used in Signature® PFMs

By utilizing Dental CAD/CAM Digital Systems, unlike general PFM made of gold/silver/titanium, we developed this Signature PFM with Cobalt (Co)-Chromium (Cr) metal because of its superior metallurgical and biological characterization.

The 3-Stage Fabrication Process

Co-Cr-based PFM dental alloys are fabricated through a 3-stage procedure, the metallic infusion is prepared using casting (CST), milling (MIL) and selective laser sintering (SLS). Selective laser sintering (SLS) is an additive manufacturing method that uses a powder fusion of the 3D printing process for making convenient and affordable dental prosthetics.

And when we compared Signature® restoration with other metal-based PFMs, it has proven far better with significant statistical differences also few other pieces of evidence were found in various pre-implant & post-implant tests.

Benefits of Signature® Restoration

Signature® restoration prosthetics have been tried and tested for decades and offer strength, reliability, desired aesthetics experience, and good marginal fit. We use biocompatible alloys and the finest porcelain mechanism to ensure an attractive and natural outcome. As a result, more patients started liking and preferring others as well because of their reliable performance and best value for their money.

The strength of the Signature® restoration lies in its building compound. For example, at ADE, we set several manufacturing standards, like we use the best available porcelain powder to achieve maximum aesthetics for our clients, competitive labor costs to ensure the price remains affordable while not making any compromise on the qualitative factors, and many more.

Not just Signature® restoration a complete range of dental laboratory products are available today at ADE with certified technicians in each of key departments like ceramics, crown and bridge, full and partial denture, implant prosthetics, model preparation, CAD/CAM technology, et cetera to cater all the demand with top-notch precision and their vast technical expertise accumulated over the years of continuous services.
